Of particular note is the Art Deco Wurlitzer ‘Butterfly’ Baby Grand Piano; the great Library, and items of local Historical interest from old School Annuals, to Alcoa items, and even dating back to Native American Tools, Game Disks, Arrowheads etc. The whole house has interesting furniture and lots of Jewelry, Coins, Glass, China, Tools and more came with the sale. It’s a Big One!

TERMS: We accept cash and good checks, and now also Paypal or credit/debit with 3% surcharge for payment. We also buy gold, silver and coins and tokens of all types. Items purchased must be removed during sale hours. Bring help to move furniture. All Sales Final. No Pre-sales. Auction winners must get items on Saturday!
NUMBERS: We will hand out numbers on our business cards around Noon on the day of the sale. Take a number to determine you place in line when we open. If you arrive earlier than noon, you may find the ‘early birds’ have organized numbers as well. If you take one of those numbers you must exchange it for the ‘official’ number on our business card. If you aren’t present when we start that process, you will lose that spot in the order.
PARKING: Thankfully there is plenty of parking all through this neighborhood; please don’t block mailboxes or driveways.
PRICING & OFFERS: All items in the Tag Sale portion are tagged with reasonable, well researched prices and are available for sale at that price from the time we open. If you want to buy any item for less than the asking price, please leave a written offer at our checkout station. To buy items in the Online Bidding, you must register and bid through our website. Bidding for this sale Closes out beginning at 8 PM Friday, with one item closing per minute thereafter.
